Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Hit the road with HMD Trucking's Flatbed team in Bluefield, WV. Deliver freight coast-to-coast behind the wheel of modern equipment from our 500+ unit fleet, featuring sleeper cabs with APUs, inverters, and removable rider seats.
Role Overview:
- Safely operate flatbed trailers across OTR routes
- Secure, tarp, and inspect loads
- Maintain accurate logs following DOT regulations
