About this position
The Mather, a premier continuing care retirement community on Chicago's North Shore, seeks a part-time Lead Server. This individual will provide pleasurable dining experiences by ensuring professional, timely, food and beverage service to residents, family members, guests, and/or staff according to established dining standards; and to assist Dining Service Management in overseeing all aspects of dining service operation and sanitation.
