Job Description
This position is responsible for the management, oversight and administration of the project cycle for our construction restoration projects. This includes utilizing the resources of the team to ensure that all projects are completed on-time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer. Responsibilities include coordinating both field employees and subcontractors, procurement of necessary materials, negotiating costs with vendors and subs, calling for inspections, pulling permits as necessary, and regular meetings/ calls with customers to discuss selections and job progress. They will also be responsible for maintaining file notes for all customer communication and updating the CRM system as necessary. This position requires the ability to understand scopes and blueprints. Must have a solid background in construction with proven leadership abilities.
