We're looking for a Welder/Fabricator who is ready to roll up their sleeves, tackle exciting challenges, and become part of a team that values hard work, quality, and innovation. What You'll Do:
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding on a variety of fabrication projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication plans
- Cut, fit, assemble, and fabricate metal components with precision
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship
- Assist with custom fabrication projects and structural steel solutions
- Work alongside a skilled team to solve problems and deliver exceptional results
- Travel to jobsites as needed for installation, repairs, and field fabrication
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
