We are seeking a Color & Product Specialist to support customers, engineering, contractors, fabricators, and sales representatives with color-matched product selection, customer presentations, and sales support.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone with a strong visual eye who can evaluate physical samples, understand a customer's design intent, recommend appropriate products and finishes, and help move opportunities toward a sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Review specifications, samples, and project requirements to identify appropriate product solutions.
- Guide customers through product, color, and finish.
- Support architects, designers, contractors, fabricators, and sales representatives with product and finish recommendations.
- Prepare samples, sample boards, color selections, and presentation materials.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features, applications, and finish options.
- Follow up on samples, customer inquiries, matching requests, and active projects.
- Identify sales opportunities and support the sales team in moving projects forward.
- Maintain organized samples, product information, and customer/project records.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide a professional, consultative experience.

- Strong ability to distinguish color, shade, tone, texture, and pattern
- Customer-facing experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable presenting products and recommendations to customers and professional audiences.
- Consultative sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities without being overly transactional.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn technical product information and communicate it clearly.
- Comfortable working hands-on with physical samples and product materials.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain customer/project information.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
