  • Average Patients seen: Daily patient volume is adjusted based on acuity and visit type to support quality care
  • Call Schedule: Averages 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 5-6 weeks, phone call only with nurse triage

  • Compensation: - Salary starts at $255,000 and increases based on experience- Sign-on bonus - Incentive bonus programs- Relocation assistance as well
