We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Gardener to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
What You’ll Do:
Completes assigned grounds maintenance work and ensures quality results.
Mows lawns, edges sidewalks, and maintains landscaping areas.
Prunes trees, trims shrubs, and cleans lawns, streets, gutters, and drains.
Assists with sprinkler repairs, equipment maintenance, and moving furniture or equipment.
Drives vehicles, supports special events, and follows safety practices.

Qualifications
What You Bring
Minimum three (3) months of experience in ground maintenance.
Knowledge of proper operation of mechanical gardening equipment.
Valid California driver’s license with a good driving record.
Strong organization and follow-up with written and verbal work requests.
Skilled in using hand/power tools, confidentiality, and sound judgment. Employment Type: Full Time
