About this position
This role is helping me grow a small agency in Bentonville. Your role as a part-time hourly producer or full time commission-only contracted producer is to help market to prospects (phone work), perform needs assessments and quote (if licensed), follow up and obtain the sale. If you are not yet licensed, you will work alerts, market, and help keep the operation moving.
