Key Responsibilities- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining rooms, kitchen, storage areas, restrooms, and back-of-house facilities.
- Assist with heavy cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces according to health department standards.
- Safely handle, organize, and restock supplies, linens, glassware, and equipment.
- Promptly address spills, maintenance issues, or clean-up requests during operational hours.
