NOW HIRING – 35 GENERAL LABOR HELPERS!
Location: New Caney, TX
Immediate Openings – Temp-to-Hire!
We are looking for 35 dependable, hardworking General Labor Helpers to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply. Bilingual is a plus.
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours.
- Must be able to bend, twist, crouch, and occasionally climb.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment with noise, dust, and temperature changes.
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Must be able to work rotating day and night shifts.
Training Schedule – First 2–3 Weeks
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts rotating between:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
After Training – Stage 2
- Opportunity to become a permanent employee after successfully completing training.
- 12-hour rotating shifts (7:30 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM).
- Rotating days and nights, working 5 days one week and 4 days the next.
