We are seeking an experienced Power BI Architect to support an enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Power BI expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to guide users and promote BI best practices.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Advanced Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard design.
- Troubleshoot dataset refresh failures, gateways, permissions, and performance issues.
- Support enterprise Power BI environments and help resolve tenant-level challenges.
- Lead Center of Excellence (COE) office hours, user education, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Strong SQL skills and effective collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
- Promote Power BI adoption, governance, and development best practices.
✅ Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Power BI report and dashboard development experience.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Power BI Premium and Microsoft Fabric.
- BI Center of Excellence (COE) experience.
- SSRS modernization and migration to Power BI / PBIRS.
- Developer mentoring and BI training.
- Enterprise BI governance, Row-Level Security (RLS), and Object-Level Security (OLS).
