**Qualifications:**

* **Management Experience:** Demonstrated success leading and managing cleaning teams.
* **Valid Driver's License:** Reliable transportation is essential.
* **Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills:** Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
* **Flexibility & Adaptability:** Willingness to work flexible hours and handle on-call responsibilities.
