Medium Voltage Electrical Foreman
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman with hands-on Medium Voltage (MV) experience to lead crews and support commercial and industrial electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise electrical crews in the field
- Install and work with medium-voltage electrical systems
- Experience with MV switchgear, transformers, feeders, and distribution equipment
- Perform or oversee cable pulling, terminations, and equipment installation
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, and specifications
- Coordinate daily work, manpower, materials, and jobsite activities
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and project schedules
Preferred Experience:
- Foreman or electrical leadership experience
- Hands-on Medium Voltage experience, including 5kV, 15kV, or similar systems
- Commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center experience preferred
- Journeyman Electrician license preferred
