We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electromechanical Assembly Technician to join our growing manufacturing team and help continue our tradition of excellence.
This hands-on role combines mechanical assembly, electronics assembly, wire harness fabrication, soldering, crimping, electrical testing, and quality inspection to build advanced dairy analytical equipment used by laboratories around the world. As part of our close-knit production team, you'll help build precision instruments powered by advanced robotics, spectrometry, and flow cytometry technology.
This varied role calls for adaptability, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship — your work will directly impact dairy quality testing on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electromechanical systems
- Manufacture wire harnesses and electronic sub-assemblies
- Follow detailed written work instructions and quality procedures
- Execute crimping and soldering operations to industry standards
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 quality system requirements
- Adapt to varying daily tasks based on production needs
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in electromechanical assembly
- Experience building wire assemblies and electronic sub-assemblies
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed written work instructions and quality procedures precisely
- Proficient in crimping and soldering techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency with multimeter use for electrical testing and troubleshooting
- Experience in SMT/PCB soldering and assembly
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems
