We're seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are actively pursuing their RN degree and looking to gain valuable acute care experience while continuing their education.
This unique part-time role is designed specifically for nurses balancing work, school, and life commitments. Through hands-on experience in an acute care setting, you'll strengthen your clinical skills, build confidence in your practice, and work alongside experienced nursing professionals while progressing toward your goal of becoming a Registered Nurse.
Whether you're enrolled in an LPN-to-RN Bridge Program, Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) Program, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) pathway, Mercy offers the flexibility, mentorship, and educational support needed to help you succeed.

Qualifications:
➤ Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school;
➤ License: Must have either a current LPN license in the State of Missouri
➤ Certifications: Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
