Qualified applicants should have the following:
· 2 - 5 years as an attorney with experience in real estate, covenant enforcement, and civil litigation;
· Ability to prioritize multiple matters and projects and/or delegate work as needed;
· Strong drafting and research skills;
· Client-focused, with an ability to solve complex problems
· Effective communication skills;
· Leadership and project management skills, and
· Self-motivated while being a team member.
