Opportunity Highlights Job Setting: Medical Center Types of Cases: Emergency Medicine; required to be a supervising physician for NPs and PAs Credentialing: ECFMG required for foreign graduates Case logs for the last two years, including documentation for any special procedures Preeclampsia-Eclampsia CME required during initial application and every two years for reappointments Malpractice Coverage: $1M Per Loss Event / $3M Annual Aggregate Immunizations: Documentation of MMR/Varicella (2) vaccines or titers indicating immunity; Two-Step TB Test within the past 12 months (if positive, Chest X-ray required within last 3 months); TB QuantiFERON Gold test accepted if taken within the last three months Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible: Must pass board specialty exam administered by ABMS (ABEM, ABFM, ABIM), American Board of Physician Specialties, or American Osteopathic Association (DO); new EM residency graduates within the past 12 months are considered Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, and PALS required if not Board Certified in Emergency Medicine; NRP required for non-ABEM providers Licensure: Active unrestricted Tennessee Medical License and DEA with TN address (Schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, and 5) About VISTA Staffing A ClearlyRated Best of Staffing Client and Talent 10-Year Diamond Award winner, VISTA has 30 years of experience optimizing continuity of care for hospitals, medical practices and government agencies across the US.
