Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 12 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• 12 months of acute care experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New Mexico license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at this facility cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at this facility cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: Additional certifications may be required based on units where floated.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 90 days must be explained.
Floating Requirements: Floats to Med/Surg, PCU, IRU, BHU, ICU, and ED.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
