About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Fuels Marketing to lead and empower the Sales Team in achieving departmental goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for employee growth and development, securing optimal product netbacks, delivering exceptional service, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving profitable growth in fuels markets. This role also involves a strategic transition into commercial fuel sales and delivery, as well as ensuring compliance with the Renewable Fuels Standard. The VP will have a direct impact on the company's commercial operations, business development, and customer service, and will be expected to work closely with the Executive Team to develop and execute long-term business strategies. Applicants for the Vice President of Fuels Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a preference for candidates with over 10 years of experience in fuels sales management. A strong understanding of fuels market dynamics, the Renewable Fuels Standard, and fuels specifications is essential. The role requires experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, proficiency in fuels hedging, and the ability to use planning software and SAP. The ideal candidate will be advanced in the Microsoft Office Suite, have a proven track record of leading high-performance sales teams, and be capable of driving customer retention and growth. The VP will also be expected to represent the company at industry events, monitor the regulatory environment, and act as a subject matter expert in meetings with legislators as needed.
