About the Role

The Company is seeking an inaugural President, Foundation to join its executive team. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, strategic, and visionary leader, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, diversified fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's priorities. This role is pivotal in strengthening the long-term sustainability and impact of the company, which is dedicated to empowering people to lead meaningful lives as they age. The President, Foundation will also be tasked with fostering a high-performing, mission-driven culture, serving as a visible ambassador, and building strong relationships with executive leadership, the Board, donors, residents, and community stakeholders.
