Nurse Practitioner (Family / Pain Management) | ALL LIV Medical | Colorado Springs, CO
ALL LIV Medical is a new integrated wellness clinic at 6530 S Academy Blvd, Suite 105. We offer primary care and pain management, with on-site IV hydration, massage therapy, and chiropractic care, in a hybrid insurance and cash-pay model. We're building a small, close-knit team and looking for a nurse practitioner who wants to help shape the practice from the start.
What you'll do:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in a clinic setting
- Order and review labs and diagnostics (we work with LabCorp)
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with our on-site providers
- Provide telehealth visits
- Keep clear, accurate documentation
- Work with our medical assistant and billing team
What we're looking for:
- Active Colorado NP license and DEA registration
- Current national board certification (FNP-C or AANP/ANCC)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Experience in primary care or pain management preferred
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
- Comfort working in a startup environment
