Electro-Mechanical Assembler – $20–$25/Hour

SI Staffing is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a long-term Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time opportunity with a small, family-owned manufacturing company in the Baltimore, MD area.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components.
  • Perform precision soldering, wiring, crimping, and cable/harness assembly.
  • Read and follow engineering drawings, wiring schematics, and assembly instructions.
  • Assemble control panels and chassis wiring.
  • Use hand tools, soldering equipment, wire strippers, crimpers, and measuring instruments.
  • Perform inspections, testing, and quality checks.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of electro-mechanical or electronics assembly experience.
  • Excellent soldering skills required.
  • Experience with cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and panel wiring.
  • Ability to read schematics and engineering drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • IPC J-STD-001 certification is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
