PAY RATES
- Drivers: $19/hour
- Installers: $18/hour
JOB FAIR LOCATION
- 7600 Chevy Chase Drive, Suite 300 Austin, TX 78752
WHEN: Tomorrow, Wednesday, October 28 TIME: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedule: Full-time; expect 10-hour workdays. MUST be flexible to work nights, days, weekends, and occasional overnight installs.

Job Summary
It is that time of year again! Come spread the Holiday Christmas Cheer!! We are hiring Christmas Lights Installation Team Members to assist with the installation and setup of holiday lighting and decorations at residential and commercial locations. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that requires physical activity, teamwork, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, equipment, and materials
- Prepare jobs and tools for installation
- Install Christmas lights and holiday décor, including trees, wreaths, garlands, and displays
- Assist with exterior tree and rooftop lighting
- Decorate trees and complete final installation touches
- Clean and organize work areas and trucks
- Safely use ladders, carts, dollies, and other equipment
- Work efficiently as part of an installation team
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with clients
Requirements
- MUST possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach overhead
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, humid, or wet conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work extended 10-hour shifts
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Uniform & Dress Requirements
Team shirt will be provided. Denim or khaki pants/shorts and safe, comfortable closed-toe shoes or work/walking boots are required. A jacket may be necessary for outdoor work.
Mileage: Employees who use their personal vehicle to transport themselves and/or other team members between job sites may be eligible for mileage reimbursement, paid on the weekly paycheck.
BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREEN ARE REQUIRED!!
