A growing, private equity backed healthcare company in Nashville is hiring its first FP&A Manager. The business is expanding through acquisitions and new locations, and needs someone to build out the planning and analytics function.

This is a chance to create something from the ground up. You'll report directly to the CFO, partner closely with the executive team, and shape how the company uses data to make decisions as it scales.

  • Build and maintain financial models that support planning and decision making
  • Prepare board and investor materials
  • Partner with operating leaders to explain results and drive performance

  • Hands-on experience using automation or AI tools to improve reporting
  • Strong data skills and comfort working with BI tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Preferred
