About this position
Our client, a $75M, private equity backed, national, founder-built infrastructure services company that supports the safe, reliable operation of critical transportation and utility networks across the United States, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will lead the finance organization as the company enters a new phase of institutional ownership and growth. The CFO serves as a strategic financial partner to an experienced, long-tenured leadership team, and as the primary finance leader for ownership, lenders and investors.
This position is located in Hazleton, Pennsylvania and 4 days a week in the office.
The company will offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary, annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
