The Role
Lead the estimating process from drawings to final proposal for new construction electrical projects — an entrepreneurial, builder's role as the team scales.
Summary of What You'll Be Doing
- Reviewing drawings/specs and running full electrical takeoffs
- Building labor & material estimates, pricing scope, and preparing bid proposals
- Coordinating with vendors, subs, and GCs to nail down pricing
- Helping build out estimating templates and processes as the company grows
What You'll Need
- 7+ years electrical estimating, new construction
- Journeyman min; Master Electrician preferred
- Ground-up retail estimation experience
- Proficiency in Accubid, ConEst, Bluebeam, or PlanSwift
- Strong network across electrical contractors, suppliers, and GCs
