Responsibilities
- Prepare discovery demands and responses, subpoenas and motions with accuracy and efficiency
- Obtain, review and summarize medical records and prepare medical chronologies and case summaries
- Schedule and coordinate independent medical examinations (IMEs), expert discovery and related records
- Maintain case files and calendar court deadlines while supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation
Qualifications
- Experience in general liability, insurance defense, civil litigation, workers' compensation or real estate or tax.
- Strong experience with discovery, medical records, litigation documentation and deadline management
- Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems with the ability to work independently
