About this position
We are working with a national food manufacturer that is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
This is a 24/7 operation with multiple product lines, offering the opportunity to oversee all aspects of plant manufacturing and play a key leadership role within a growing, nationally recognized organization.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Dairy Aseptic/ESL or aseptic experience
- Strong plant leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- A hands-on, team-focused leadership style
- Experience driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement
