The Travel Itinerary Creator will research travel options and organize trip details into customized itineraries based on client preferences, schedules, and travel needs. The role involves attention to detail, organization, communication, and familiarity with digital tools.
Responsibilities
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and attractions
Organize travel information into clear and easy to follow itineraries
Customize trip plans based on client preferences and requested experiences
Coordinate itinerary details and reservation information
Review travel plans for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with clients regarding itinerary details and updates
Make adjustments to itineraries when travel plans change
Maintain organized client and trip information
Stay informed about destinations, travel services, and industry updates
Requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills
