Role – Project Engineer
Location – Liberty, NC
Duration – 12 Months
Description:
The team is looking for someone who has experience in defining and reporting overall project KPIs and milestones using the Battery Master Operation Plan (OP).
- Defining standard reporting structure and standardised outputs for KPI and milestone reporting. Leading project and trial obeys.
- Supporting pre-production trial activity, including coordinating trial parts orders, schedule creation, and KPI setting/management based on project phase and schedule.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability for business travel, both domestic and international up to 10%.
- 5+ years of equivalent professional work experience in a project-related role.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or 5+ years of equivalent professional work experience in a project-related role.
- Project management experience dealing with capital investments greater than $0.5M.
- Experience setting, managing, visualising, and reporting KPIs, including reporting directly to senior/executive-level leadership recommending company direction based on data analysis.
- Experience in creating and maintaining detailed schedules, including milestone achievement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability for business travel, both domestic and international up to 10%.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and shutdown periods as needed, based on project condition and schedule. 25%
- Ability to support evening meetings with Japan as needed, based on project condition and schedule.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or 5+ years of equivalent professional work experience in a project-related role.
