About this position
Job Summary:
We’re looking for friendly, energetic team members to join our pizzeria. As part of our front-of-house team, you’ll assist with taking orders, serving guests, and creating a welcoming dining experience—whether at the counter or in the dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take orders at the counter or tables
- Answer menu questions and offer recommendations
- Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and stocked
- Assist with packaging to-go orders
- Support kitchen and team as needed during busy shifts
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
