About this position
Miel is hiring a bartender for its classical leaning bar program. Like the food menu the bar focuses on seasonality with a constantly changing menu. Its onsite garden has the herbs, fruit + flowers.
The bar at Miel is full of neighborhood regulars, solo diners and savvy folks arriving early for their reservation for a pre-dinner cocktail. Classic skills needed as well as a strong grasp of serving. The full menu is available at the bar.

The team is professional and relaxed, no drama. Everyone is super passionate about + proud of the work they do. We eat family meal together during pre-shift, prepare well + pace the dining room appropriately.
