Summary
We are seeking a Senior Electrician / Journeyman to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our electrical projects, contributing to our commitment to delivering high-quality electrical and low voltage solutions. Your work will directly impact our mission of excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installing and bending conduits (EMT, PVC) of different sizes (3/4" EMT to 4" EMT) for raceways and pathways
- Assist with installing service heads
- Installing pull wires
- Terminating conduits to junction boxes
- Main panel and sub-panel installation and upgrades for various amperage ratings
- Assist with installing, terminating and pulling wires CAT6A and fiber cables
- Installing circuit breakers from 15A/20A/30A,50A/60A to 200A+
- Assist experienced electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read blueprints and schematics for effective project execution.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Work hands-on experience with both low and high voltage systems.
- Support construction site activities while adhering to safety protocols.
- Participate in troubleshooting electrical issues under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Qualifications
- Previous experience or coursework in electrical systems preferred.
- Familiarity with NEC standards is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics is advantageous.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in the electrical field.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is preferred.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- At least five years of field experience
