Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are hiring two dependable crew leads to oversee snow removal crews for the upcoming season. Crew leads will supervise one to two crew members while safely, quickly, and meticulously clearing driveways and sidewalks, operating snow throwers and shovels, and applying salt with a spreader. This role is responsible for crew safety, efficiency, coordination, and the overall quality of completed work.
We are also hiring 5 crew members at $20-$25/hr.
Responsibilities
- Supervise one to two crew members during snow removal operations
- Remove snow from driveways and sidewalks
- Operate snow throwers safely and effectively
- Shovel snow from designated areas
- Apply salt using a spreader
- Maintain site safety throughout snow removal operations
- Coordinate with crew members and ensure efficient workflow
- Inspect completed work for quality and thoroughness
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and reliable
- Valid driver's license
- Work references
- Experience as a snow removal crew member
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in snow removal operations
- Experience operating snow removal equipment, including snow throwers and salt spreaders
- Experience with snow shoveling and driveway and sidewalk clearing
- Crew leadership experience
- Strong site safety awareness
- Attention to detail
- Effective team communication
