Key Responsibilities
- Processing & Line Work: Operate food processing equipment on a live-to-processed production line.
- Packaging: Package finished turkey products efficiently to meet daily quotas.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for quality, size, and packaging integrity.
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean, sanitary work area following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in a food manufacturing environment.
- Safety & Teamwork: Follow all safety rules and work with team members to keep the line moving safely.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift repetitively in a fast-paced environment.
- Facility Comfort: Must be comfortable working in a live-to-processed poultry environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work scheduled shifts, overtime, and weekends when production demands increase.
- Experience: Food processing or production line background is preferred, though entry-level applicants with a strong work ethic are considered.
