About this position

Casa Nela is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our team at our Rosemary's restaurants. We’re looking for hospitality-driven team members who are passionate about food and beverage and committed to creating memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience preparing and cooking in a high-volume restaurant; NYC experience preferred
  • Preferred knowledge of pasta production, dough preparation, shaping, cooking techniques, and sauce execution
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy when executing tasks
  • Ability to maintain quality and consistency during busy service
  • Open availability for morning or evening shifts, weekends, and some holidays
  • Knowledge of grilling, sautéing, roasting, searing, and pasta preparation.
  • Ability to prepare dishes consistently, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food safety practices, and Department of Health standards.
  • A clean, organized approach to maintaining and stocking your station.
