Augusta, Maine
$22/hour
Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are a trusted leader in energy efficiency solutions throughout Maine, specializing in insulation, heat pumps, ventilation, energy auditing, and moisture management. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking HVAC Technician to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
  • Install, maintain, and support HVAC and energy-efficiency systems
  • Work with various types of insulation in both new and existing homes
  • Interact professionally with homeowners and clients
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
  • Assist in improving the comfort, efficiency, and health of Maine homes
  • Collaborate closely with a supportive, team-oriented crew
  • Solve unique challenges in the field and adapt to different work environments

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work on ladders over 20 feet high
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight areas
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed
  • Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions and job-site environments
Experience

HVAC, construction, insulation, or related trade experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to grow.
