The Bilingual Staffing Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in temporary, contract, or permanent positions. This role builds strong relationships with candidates and clients, matches job seekers with suitable opportunities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on meeting hiring goals.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Review resumes and conduct phone or video interviews.
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and career goals.
- Match candidates with suitable job openings.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate job offers, pay rates, and start dates.
- Maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Track recruitment activities using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in staffing recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing tools.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Effective time management, multitasking, interviewing, candidate assessment, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
