As the first impression of the community, the Leasing Agent plays a key role in converting leads to leases through professional tours, consistent follow-up, and strong relationship-building. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting engaging property tours that highlight community features and value
- Managing inbound leads and executing timely follow-up
- Processing applications and preparing lease documents accurately
- Supporting marketing efforts, outreach, and resident engagement
