Guaranteed 32 hours per week. We are a growing business, so some weeks may be slow. You will always be paid for a minimum of 32 hours even if business is light.
We are looking for someone who WANTS to work and learn!
The nitty gritty - it is work, and it’s sometimes dirty, sometimes smelly, sometimes odd hours, sometimes exhausting and hard, sometimes in a crawlspace or an attic. Most of the time, the job involves a lot of demo work and cleaning (removing old insulation, HEPA vacuuming, wiping surfaces down). If you want to be there for people when they genuinely need help, that’s how we serve.
Any construction, mechanical, water and/or mold experience is a plus, but we are willing to train if you want to learn. We offer pay increases for earning IICRC certifications. We cover the cost of IICRC training and certifications.

- Starting pay is $20.00- $24.00 per hour (depending on prior experience)
