Your New Role
Provide residential plumbing service throughout Woodland, California, and surrounding communities
Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing problems
Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, replacements, and installations
Inspect plumbing systems and identify the appropriate repair or replacement options
Explain plumbing issues and available solutions clearly to homeowners
Provide professional, respectful customer service on every call
Communicate with dispatch and office staff throughout the workday
Keep your assigned service vehicle clean, organized, and stocked
Follow company safety procedures and plumbing industry best practices
Travel to customer homes throughout the local service area

1 to 2 years of residential plumbing experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Residential plumbing troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of plumbing repair, maintenance, replacement, and installation
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience explaining repair and replacement options to homeowners preferred
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends or emergency service calls based on business needs
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including lifting, bending, crawling, and working in confined spaces when necessary
