We are seeking a Criminal Defense Attorney to become a part of our team! Although experience is preferred, newly licensed attorneys welcome to apply!
The right candidate must speak Spanish and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines in a timely manner. Candidates must be able to adapt to daily change, be responsive, self-motivated and have great attention to detail. This position presents a unique opportunity to join a growing and dynamic practice.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of criminal defense representation;
- Appear in court for all court settings including arraignments, pretrial conferences, and jury trials.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judicial officers, and team members;
- Review and develop strategies for assigned cases;
- Negotiate and settle cases or prepare matters for jury trial;
- Perform legal research and apply legal principles to legal problems;
- Draft pleadings and present those statements of law, facts, and arguments clearly, logically, and effectively both written and orally; and
- Effectively manage a substantial caseload.
