Job Title: Business Operations Associate

Location: 100% Remote (US-Based)

About the Role Paydex Technologies is seeking a 100% remote Business Operations Associate based in the United States. In this business operations, process management, and cross-functional coordination role, you will help bridge strategic goals and day-to-day execution. You will analyze internal workflows, track key performance metrics, support department leads, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements across departments.
  • Track, monitor, and report on key operational performance metrics and team deliverables.
  • Support cross-functional projects by aligning stakeholders, maintaining task boards, and keeping initiatives on schedule.
  • Build and maintain company documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with team leads in HR, Finance, and Customer Experience to execute strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, process management, or a related generalist role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience converting operational data into actionable solutions.
  • High proficiency with modern digital workspace tools (G Suite, Slack, Notion, Airtable/Excel, and project management platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction or employer sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $65,000 - $89,000 USD per year
