- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of Lean principles and data driven
- Knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Power point and Excel
- Experience in an assembly manufacturing operation
- Mechanically inclined
- Able to build Creform, SUS, 80/20 etc. structures.
- Use of measuring tape and blueprint reading
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Problem solving techniques.
- Strong team player, results orientated, dedication to excellence and sense of urgency to achieve business objectives.
- Come up with kaizen ideas and help the team to materialize.
- Lead team of technicians at innovation studio.
- Develop and works with work standard instructions.
- Build material inventory list for work at shop and make order fulfillment.
- Activities involved walking, coordination with other departments, negotiation, and implementing kaizen ideas on the manufacturing floor.
- Support Karakuri projects.
