Employment Litigation Paralegal – Workplace Investigations
Entrusted Advisors is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Paralegal for a long-term secondment opportunity with a leading global technology company. The successful candidate will support the in-house legal team on employment litigation, workplace investigations, compliance, and related employment law matters.
Responsibilities
- Support employment litigation, workplace investigations, and compliance matters.
- Assist with discovery, subpoena responses, document production, and legal research.
- Gather, review, and summarize information relevant to litigation and internal investigations.
- Coordinate with HR, internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and legal teams.
- Maintain case files, track deadlines, and manage documentation and information requests.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in employment law, litigation, workplace investigations, or employee relations.
- Experience supporting employment litigation, internal investigations, or HR-related legal matters.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and handle confidential information.
- Corporate or in-house legal experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
Engagement Details
- Location: Chandler, AZ.
- Schedule: 30 hours per week, fully on-site, during standard business hours (8 AM–5 PM).
- Duration: 12 months, with potential for extension.
