We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Line Cook with availability to work AM shifts (core schedule: 6 AM - 2 PM), who is eager to contribute to a high-performance kitchen and grow within a professional, supportive environment.

Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Line Cook in a well-rated NYT restaurant or hotel
- Availability to work a core schedule of AM shifts from 6 AM - 2 PM is required
- Confidence working in a high-volume setting
- Knowledge of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and precise knife skills
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and be part of a collaborative team
