I'm a licensed PT with a small, independent school-based practice. I contract directly with school districts, and I'm not a staffing agency. I'm looking for a NY-licensed PTA to take on school caseloads in Wayne County and nearby districts.
What you'll do:
- Carry out PT treatment plans for students under IEPs, in school settings
- Document sessions and progress notes
- Work with teachers, aides and families
- Check in with me regularly for supervision
What you need:
- Active NY PTA license
- Dependable, with your own transportation
