We are seeking a Structural Iron Worker to support the construction of commercial and residential buildings at local project sites. Working with a small ironworker crew, this role will perform structural steel erection, rigging, welding, equipment operation, and related assembly tasks while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Arrive on time every day and contribute as a dependable team player.
- Erect
- Perform rigging operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and layout information.
- Willing and able to weld Stick and Inner shield wire. NR233/NR232/NR211.
- Operate Reach lifts and boom lifts.
- Follow fall protection requirements and maintain OSHA-compliant work practices.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in structural ironworking.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification.
- Rigger or signalperson certification.
- Welding certifications.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, structural steel erection, rigging, welding, and fall protection.
- Strong physical coordination and teamwork skills.
