About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its Solano Medical Center. The CEO will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of exceptional, high-quality, and cost-effective care. This role involves close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, clinical teams, support services, community partners, and Board members. The successful candidate will be a mission-driven healthcare executive with a strong background in healthcare administration, particularly in financial operations, new business planning, and development, and will have a proven track record in delivering excellence in the Triple Aim of healthcare. The CEO will also be instrumental in shaping the future of care for the Vallejo and Solano County communities and must be adept at creating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Candidates for the CEO position at the Solano Medical Center should have a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or related field, with a Master's degree in business, hospital, or healthcare administration preferred. Significant experience in healthcare administration, including executive-level experience in a multi-facility/matrix management healthcare system, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, operational impact on finances, and experience in using lean management processes. Skills in leadership, conflict resolution, and a strong customer service orientation are essential. The CEO will also be expected to have a proven ability to engage employees, physicians, and community leaders, and to lead strategic initiatives in collaboration with professional and community partners.
