We are seeking a skilled diesel mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in heavy duty truck and trailer repair, small diesel pickup repair and a range of repair techniques. If you are a hands-on problem solver and have a passion for maintaining and repairing truck and trailers, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Repair automobiles, trucks, buses, and other motor vehicles
- Heavy duty truck and trailer repair
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance
- Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
- Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a mechanic
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work and communicate with others
- Strong electrical system troubleshooting skills
